Winston Philip Fontaine

Born April 25th, 2010

Tragically on Sunday April 25th, 2010, at the Women’s Centre, Winston came into this world only to have left early to return home to the Creator.

It is with great sadness that the parents Norman and Chasity Fontaine will now have family and friends gather at the residence of Maternal Grandparents Brian and Velma for the Wake Service at North Shore House 328, starting April 26th and 27th, 2010.

To mourn the passing of Little Winston and bring him home to his final resting place are his parents Norman and Chasity; siblings; Danielle, Israel, Avery, Marshall, and Sienna; grandparents Brian and Velma, Norman and Verdine; great-grandmothers Dora Courchene and Muriel Morrisseau; great-great-grandmother Marie Fontaine, God-parents Jackie Pepin, Sonia Guimond, and Nelson Boyd, uncle Ramie (Jessica) and aunts Vanessa, Fran and Andrea, cousins and numerous great aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be at the St. Alexander Parish of Sagkeeng First Nation at 2:00 pm on April 28th, 2010. Pallbearers: Damon Boyd, Nelson Boyd, Danny Courchene, and Jeremy Courchene. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Kim, Ferd, Sheila and Tracy of the Women’s Hospital for their special care of our little Winston.
