Dora was born in St. Marks MB June 29 1931.  Later on the family moved to the Overhill School District where they farmed for many years. She learned at a young age that hard work was just a part of life, and having a little fun and a laugh was a must.

Dora met the love and friend of her life Lewis O’Neil and married .  Moving to their 2nd home in the North Ridge Road District where they resided and raised their family.  Dora was a hardworker and a very kind caregiver. She would come to help out any family friend and neighbour at the drop of a hat.  Dora also had a very soft spot when it came to many of the animals on the farm.  Dora along with the household chores, yard and farm chores, went to work at the Holiday Retreat and moved to work at the Portage General Hospital. Dora’s special pastime were her creative sewing, crocheting, laughing with a good cup of tea and good company.  Dora was  devoted to her God,  family, friends , her church and her bible.  Enjoying her family, friends and gatherings were much of the way she spent her life until dementia started to take over.

Rest in Peace Mom.  Love you lots, miss you more.  You’rein our hearts and forever in our memories.  Till we meet again Mom .
