On April 2, 2017 with great sadness Jackie Forzley passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Portage District General Hospital.
Jackie was predeceased by her husband Charles, son Derrick, brother Giryas, sister Fouzie. She is survived by her daughter Sharleen, son Roger (Beth), and grandchildren Charmaine, Reid, Brett, and Chloe, and brothers Fayez (Georgette) and Najib(Jaqueline), along with many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at a later date and burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery, Portage La Prairie, Manitoba.
