Clarence Murvyn Perkins
On Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the Portage District General Hospital, Clarence Murvyn Perkins of Portage la Prairie, widow of the late Dorothy Perkins passed away at the age of 89 years.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Wilma Shirriff officiating.
A private family interment will take place in Hillside Cemetery.
Clarence was born on September 25, 1922 to Harry & Ethel Perkins in the Lavenham District. Predeceased by his parents, his wife Dorothy, brothers Nelson, Lloyd, Harvey; sister Edith. He leaves to mourn his passing his son Mervin (Shirley), grandson Kevin (Melissa), great grandson Sam; granddaughter Karen (Tom). Also surviving is his brother Mel and 2 sisters Donna and Annie.
Flowers are gratefully declined but should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in Clarence’s name to a charity of your choice.
