     Claudette Friesen

     Unexpectedly, on September 3, 2018, Claudette passed away at her home near Carrot Creek, Alberta.

     Pre-deceased by her husband Jake Friesen in 2014, her son Darren in 1995, son-in-law Bob Pollard in 2015, her parents Cliff and Gladys Blagden of Lavenham, MB and sister Gayle Finlayson of Portage La Prairie, MB.

     Claudette and Jake moved to Edson, AB, in the early 1980’s with their sons Darren and Cory. Daryla later followed.

     Claudette leaves to mourn her daughter Daryla (Steve), son Cory (Kate), grand daughters Samantha and Raelyn, sister-in-law Mary Massey (Dan), Anne Greenhalgh (Steve), Susan Ostapowich (Barry) along with several nieces and nephews.

     Services for Claudette will take place on September 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Carrot Creek Hall and on September 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Omega Funeral Home, 83 Royal Road S., Portage la Prairie, MB.
