Wayne Charles Scott

            Wayne Charles Scott passed away at the Portage District General Hospital, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba on June 17, 2017 at the age of 76 years.

            Wayne is predeceased by his parents and siblings. He is survived by niece Helen Baker; his family at Kin-Glen Group Home Cynthia Martel, Clarence Morisseau, Janice Dembo and Tom Horodecki; loved by staff Judy Smith, Joy Gretsinger, Joan Reimer, Linda Shepherd and Sandra Vivier as well as special friend Penny Pyette.

            Wayne started working for Portage A.R.C. Industries  April 3, 1984 and worked there until this year.

            Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Omega Funeral Home, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.

            If friends so desire, memorial donations in memory of Wayne may be made to the Salvation Army, 220 Duke Ave., Portage la Prairie, Manitoba R1N 0S6 or to Kin-Glen Group Home, 104-3rd St. N.W., Portage la Prairie, Manitoba R1N 2C2.
