Ashley Santana Lee Asham

     Following a brief illness, surrounded by her family and friends, in a room filled with love, Ashley Asham, passed away on March 19, 2024 at Health Science Centre in Winnipeg, at the young age of 34 years. 

     Ashley was born on September 20, 1989, to Lindsay Edward Ray Asham and Shannon Michelle Paul.  She was predeceased by her grandparents Linda & Raynard Asham, grandma Millie Paul and grandpa Rene Vivier, cousins Brandon Pratt and Tristan Asham.

     Ashley worked for CBI Health Centre where she was well respected and liked by her co-workers as well as her clients.  She loved her mom’s baking, especially her favourite cheese cakes.  Ashley loved her two boys (cats) Dolce and Gabbana, aka Fatty Boy and Big Boy.  She played and talked to them daily, which was her favourite part of the day.  She adored them both.

     Ashley is survived by her mother Shannon, partner Nelson Berard and her very special friend and cousin Theresa Panko.  She will be missed by special friends Joey Pashe, Shane Watson and Juanita Daniels, along with many other relative and friends.

     In lieu of flowers, donations towards funeral costs would be very much appreciated.  A Go Fund Me page has been set up in honor of Ashley Asham by her cousin Theresa Panko. 

     Viewing and visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Omega Funeral Home, 83 Royal Rd. S., Portage la Prairie, MB.  Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. at Omega Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
