Barbara Ann Rodrigues (nee Hobson)

May 7, 1957 – March 17, 2016

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear wife & sister Barbara Ann Rodrigues on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Portage District General Hospital at the age of 58 years.

Viewing will be held at Omega Funeral Home on Wednesday, evening, March 23 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Funeral service will be held in Prairie Vineyard Church on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Predeceased by her parents: Dorothy and Ernest Roulette; sister Gwenda Prince; brother Leo Roulette and infant son Nelson. Left to cherish her memory is her husband Jim; her children Beverly (Sean) Wasylenko, Dorothy Lamirande and David Lamirande; brothers Ernest (Brenda) Roulette, Archie Roulette; sisters Sandra (Lindsay) McLeod and Sonja (Larry) McLeod; nieces and nephews; 3 grandchildren Kyla, Christina and Sage.

Barbara enjoyed doing crafts: beading, dream catchers and jewelry. She enjoyed listening to music, telling stories about her childhood and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
