Eva Giesbrecht
On Thursday, September 17th, 2020, Eva Giesbrecht, beloved wife of the late George Giesbrecht, passed away at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 91 years.
Predeceased by her husband George, parents Peter & Helen Peters, son Peter and an infant daughter Baby, her five sisters and two brothers. Eva is survived by her children Irene Overton (Mark) and David (Candace); grandchildren Chris (Tracey) and Marina; great grandchildren Joe, Britany, Oliver, and Natasha; great-great grandchildren; Carter, Dominic and Ava. Her brother Jacob Peters (Mary), daughter-in-law Kathryn, along with several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Eva may be made to the Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 0K8.
