Peacefully on November 13th, 2021, Gail Balcaen, beloved daughter of the late John & Kathryn, passed away at the age of 76 years.

Gail was predeceased by her parents John & Kathryn, brothers; Harvey, Maurice and Gerald Balcaen, and her sister Louise Adamson-Debolt.

Gail's home for close to 60 years was the Manitoba Development Centre in Portage la Prairie. Gail's family would like to thank the staff at the MDC for their exceptional care, support and love of Gail.

A private family service will take place along with interment in the spring. Gail will be laid to rest in the family plot at St. Vital Roman Catholic Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB.
