     Ken Tanner sadly passed away May 31st, 2023 in Winnipeg at the 67 years.  Predeceased by his father Keith Tanner, stepfather Alex Moar and his brothers; Walter, Paul and Kevin Tanner. 

     Ken is survived by his sons Keith (Penny) and Nicholas, grandchildren; Kaleb, Mikah, Willow and Ruby, mother Lucielle Moar, and sister Jenifer (Geoff) Benson.

     Ken was born in Portage la Prairie on April 8th, 1956 where he spent his childhood.  He spent most of his working years as a forklift operator at shipping docks for various companies.  In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.  He enjoyed an occasional round of golf with Keith, playing darts with Nick and following his Winnipeg Jets and Blue Bombers.  His favourite thing was telling stories about his youth hockey days and various adventures with his brothers. 

Ken's family will honor his life with a private celebration.
