Margaret was born August 29, 1937, in Portage la Prairie, MB. She passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 26, 2022, Portage la Prairie, MB.
Predeceased by husband Wayne McKellar, son Wayne James McKellar, brother Bill Burke, sister-in-law Jeanne Burke, and sister Dorothy Leckie.
Margaret is survived by her daughter Jackie and son-in-law Gerry Denslow, grandchildren; Angela Denslow (Bobbie Lennie), Travis Denslow, Andrea Robinson (Michael Robinson). Great-grandchildren; Kaden & Morgan Lennie and Eve, Amelia & Isla Robinson. Older sister Betty MacDonald, younger sister Beverly and Rene Ladouceur, younger brother Bobby Burke (Ann).
Margaret will be missed for her biting wit and love of fiddle music. She loved dancing at the Old-Tyme dance halls in her younger years.
A private family interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
