Pamela Joan Woods

     Pamela was born and raised in Portage la Prairie to Charlie and Shirley Baziel.  She is predeceased by her father William Charles Baziel, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

     Pamela is survived by her children; William, Charles, Jerry, and James Curtis Jerry of Calgary AB, her mother Shirley Baziel of Calgary, AB, her brothers; Steve Woods of Portage la Prairie, and his children Krystin Woods of Calgary Kennedy Spence of Portage la Prairie, Curtis Woods of Calgary AB, sister Lisa Woods of Calgary AB, and her children Jordan (Jackie) Baziel of Chestermere, AB,  Jewel Woods of Calgary,  AB.  She has many cousins in Portage la Prairie, St Ambroise and Long Plain. 

     Pam’s favourite things to do were spending time with her boys, family gatherings and she enjoyed baking for her family.  She loved concerts and attending the Calgary Stampede.

     She graduated from Portage Collegiate.  Before moving to Calgary she worked at Tim Hortons and McCain Foods.  She moved to Calgary in 2001 and in Calgary she worked at several places over the years including; Tim Hortons, 7-Eleven and some construction before she fell ill.

     Viewing and Visitation will be held at Omega Funeral Home, 83 Royal Rd. S, Portage la Prairie, MB on Thursday, November 16, from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 17 - 1:00 p.m. at Omega Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in the family plot at Hillside Cemetery.
