 Walter Francis (Frank) Lander

         Frank Lander of Sherwood Park AB, born in Oakville MB, passed away April 26, 2021 at the age of 90 years. 

         Frank will always be remembered for his love of hunting, fishing and camping at the lakes with all the family, as well as attending many baseball and soccer games. 

        He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Fern, daughters Louise Moren (Dean), Joan Lander (Desmond), granddaughter Crystal Moren, grandson James Moren, great grandson Hunter Inverarity. Siblings; Doreen, Ted (Denise), Verna, Shirley, Sandra (Fred), many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. 

        Frank joined his predeceased younger brothers Keith and Kerry. 

        Cremation has taken place. A private memorial will be held with immediate family.

        Frank's family would like to thank friends and neighbors for taking time to visit with Frank while on his walks and at home, Frank's home care staff, respiratory therapist, Dr. Kester and the paramedics for their quick response.  Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Sturgeon County Hospital for the care Frank received.
